Deirdre and Nell’s VBAC Birth
I got the VBAC I wanted so much! Massive thank you for the preganncy yoga, the oils and the affirmations - it was a huge part of helping me mentally prepare and get my mindset really strong and positive.
Celine and Ross’s Birth Story
I only had 2 contractions that were 20 minutes apart then they were coming fast at 5 minutes apart in the car. Arrived at the hospital after 7am. The contractions were getting stronger. I kept my tens machine on, used gas and air, my yoga ball and yoga breathing with the mantra I trust my baby, I trust my body from Pregnancy Yoga.
Claire and Eva’s Birth Story
Stayed up on my Yoga ball listening to my labour spotify playlists all night and using my lovely AroMamma labour oil and aromatherapy mist, I did mange 2 very short power naps during the night but the contractions were enough to keep me awake.
Claire and Hannah’s Birth Story
41 +3! I woke up at 4 yesterday morning with the same aches and cramps that I'd been having all week. However they progressed to proper contractions within an hour but very slow start, up until about 4pm they were very irregular and mild. Then from around 6.30 they really came on regular and 3-4 in ten minutes. Obviously your Pregnancy Yoga got the show on the road!
Laura and Éile’s Induction Birth Story
Thanks so much for all your support Lainey. I learned so much from pregnancy yoga that attributed to my positive experience and will be recommending to all my pregnant friends in the future! Can't wait to do it all over again!

I experimented with a few different positions. The ball wasn't doing anything. The midwife was so kind and she got me a thick yoga mat so I kneeled on the floor against the bed. Lots of hip circles and figure 8s helped a lot. As the contractions got harder the midwife suggested all fours on the bed. So I switched. This worked very well.

It was such an amazing experience to have that time. We used it wisely and put the phone away and made the calls afterwards. It was something we will never get back and recommend it.
Thank you so much for your classes. They truly help for all stages and I will be forever grateful for that.
What is Active Birth?
What is Active Birth? An active birth is nothing new. It’s simply a way of describing normal labour and birth and the way that a woman behaves when she is following her own instincts and the wisdom of her body.
Birth Stories
The whole experience was surreal, exhausting but exhilarating. I was on a high after it that I had managed the vbac!
