We are so in love with our little miracle and I keep looking at her in awe. There aren’t enough words to adequately describe the happiness we feel.

We had a shock diagnosis that I was a carrier of a rare metabolic disorder and that the risk to future pregnancies was 1 in 2, a miscarriage and 2 failed IVF PGD cycles, we are overjoyed to have our little miracle finally with us.

I loved going to your yoga classes during my pregnancy.
For me the best thing was the time to bond with my baby.

As we conceived our baby naturally we didn’t know at first whether she would be affected by OTC Deficiency and it wasn’t until we got the results of the amniocentesis at 18 weeks that we knew she was healthy.

Because of that I had a lot of fear very early on in my pregnancy but in practising yoga I really allowed myself to enjoy my pregnancy and bond with my baby.

Thanks so much for everything Elaine.

Best of luck to all the yoga Mammas’. “

Yoga helped me bond with my Baby

Not being able to exercise from twenty weeks because of pelvic problems the yoga classes were just what I needed and as a first time mother I loved the little chats at the start of class. Highly recommend to any mother to be.
