“I started baby massage with Isabelle when she was 9 weeks old. She was my first baby and colicky/very windy so I was exhausted and in need of something that would help ease her symptoms. We absolutely loved baby massage so much so that we signed up for a second term straight after. I feel it changed my journey as a new mammy, I feel like Lainey empowered me to be able To help with various symptoms.
We now do massage regularly at home and Isabelle loves it. It’s a lovely bonding time and I would highly recommend. Another lovely element is the tea and chats after class where other mammies share their experiences be it good or bad and Lainey facilitates this in a lovely way. I quickly learned that the various challenges I was having were shared among many of the other mammies which doesn’t solve it but certainly makes you feel a little better when shared and you hear tips and tricks. The atmosphere is lovely and the yoga is gentle and productive. I always feel amazing after doing this class and will continue to do it until I can join baby massage!

Elaine is great, everything from the music to the beautiful aromatherapy oils she makes. It’s a real feel good class. Elaine reminds us every week to connect with our babies. Also she reminds us how amazing this journey is and how special Our mamma wisdom really is!!

The class was online but I didn't feel that took away from the experience having done the class with Lainey 7 years ago in person. As this is my first pregnancy, I have found the classes not only a great way to strengthen & physically adjust to my changing body, but also prepare physically and mentally for labour and motherhood.
The classes have also helped hugely on an emotional level, allowing me to bond with my baby despite a busy job and connect with an online community of other mothers to be, through sharing knowledge and experiences on pregnancy symptoms and worries.
Lainey is a wonderful yoga teacher and this yoga class has been a huge support throughout my pregnancy. I look forward to doing more online classes.”

Elaine’s oils smell amazing!! They are such a nice treat to get for yourself through the post. I have the calm mama roller ball which is great for bringing out and about. I use it at home when I get a minute to chill and then if I’m feeling a little anxious throughout the day when I’m out I pop it on and it reminds me to breath. I also have a relaxing own blend which Elaine made for me, I love it! I put it all over after the shower and my skin feels so nice and I smell great for the day 😀 Christine
Almost finished my second bottle of Elaine’s Aromama bump and body oil. The oil is so beautiful to put on and soothing to the skin. I’m 30 weeks pregnant now and have no stretch marks thanks to regular use of the bump oil. The oil smells beautiful and has such a calming effect when applied. Applying the oil gives me the chance to check in with baby and enjoy a much needed massage every day.
I have also been using the yoga mist while practicing yoga or meditation, it smells gorgeous and is so refreshing.

I would highly recommend the pregnancy yoga classes. I feel so at ease and relaxed afterwards! I’ve had bad lower back pain and the stretches have really helped with that! Its so nice to just take an hour out for myself to relax & breathe so thank you! Looking forward to next week:-)
“I love AroMamma oils, the yoga mist smells amazing & I am spraying it on my mat and around the room when I want to be transported to a calm, happy place & the bump oil is just beautiful, it smells gorgeous and left my skin feeling so soft I am absolutely delighted with them, thank you so much! “Elaine guided me through my first pregnancy with her easy to follow yoga instructions and calming breathing techniques. The beginning of every class provided an opportunity to share our feelings and experiences with the other expectant mums which was so valuable. I loved the classes and the connection with other women and felt calm and assured as the birth approached.
I enrolled in baby massage as soon as I could and then went straight on to mum and baby yoga, these classes were definite highlights of my maternity leave. Elaine's support made me feel like I knew exactly what I was doing with my baby and that gave me so much confidence in the early days. Connecting with other women was such a great support too, and the classes gave me a bit of structure every week while off work with such a lovely safe atmosphere to look forward to sharing.
On my second pregnancy I counted down the weeks until I could join pregnancy yoga again! I was so happy to see Elaine again and to hear the familiar music practicing yoga while connecting to this baby. Elaine has such a wealth of knowledge and experience about yoga, pregnancy, breastfeeding and calm birth techniques, yet she never makes you feel like she's some kind of guru, she's a normal mum like the rest of us and that is really empowering in itself.
She gives so generously of her time in supporting women and I look forward to enjoying her mum and baby classes throughout this next maternity leave in the autumn.”
