Pregnancy Yoga

I am a mamma of three boys and I bring my personal experience of pregnancy, labour, birth, breastfeeding and motherhood to my classes in a natural and organic way.

I am certified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher with over 13 years experience and qualified in hypnobirthing as a Gentle Birth Instructor with Tracy Donegan and Active Birth teacher with Janet Balaskas. I am also certified by Royal College of Midwives (RCM) in Aromatherapy for Childbirth.

I am passionate about a holistic approach to birth and encouraging you to trust your intuition, your body, your baby. My classes have a strong focus on active birth, using gravity to physically prepare for birth, mentally empowering you with evidence based information on your choices, and they also offer emotional support as we share the joys and challenges of being pregnant, and how to keep ourselves grounded and centred, in our breath, in our bodies, with our growing babies with a mamma-to-be community of support, both in studio and online.

Birth Stories..

Many mammas are generous enough to share their birth experiences after they,ve attended pregnancy yoga with me, and I LOVE receiving their unique birth stories and honoured that they can take the time to write down their experience in those early days of mothering.

Read them here..

And it’s even more wonderful that I often get to meet their bundles in Baby Massage and Yoga afterwards too!

“I couldn’t recommend Lainey’s Pregnancy Yoga classes more for all
Mammas to be out there!

As this is my first pregnancy, I have found the classes not only a great way to strengthen & physically adjust to my changing body, but also prepare physically and mentally for labour and motherhood.

The classes have also helped hugely on an emotional level, allowing me to bond with my baby despite a busy job and connect with an online community of other mothers to be, through sharing knowledge and experiences on pregnancy symptoms and worries.

Lainey is a wonderful yoga teacher and this yoga class has been a huge support throughout my pregnancy. I look forward to doing more online classes.” — Jen

“I did online yoga classes with Lainey from 13 weeks of pregnancy. I loved the classes and found they really helped me through pregnancy. Lainey was so helpful and supportive through pregnancy.
