Why you should join our baby classes?

Mammas to Mammas…

“Support network of a non-judgmental group of mothers when you have a tough week

But also the physical and emotional release for your body post pregnancy and birth. There are stretches we do in class that release so much tension especially in shoulders when you’re feeding and hips after the birth and pregnancy!

And also connection with your baby and your baby seeing you integrating exercise and movement into your life right from the beginning”

“ Valuable for both Mam and Baby. Baby meets other babies, perhaps for the first time, some will be older or more advanced and help encourage your baby to try out new things, like rolling over or sitting up. For Mam, it is invaluable to get out, share how you are feeling and take a few mins for your body to do some stretches and be with other women going through all the same emotions you are going through. You also learn lots of tips!”

“ Baby massage gives you new skills to help soothe and relax baby especially those with symptoms of colic and reflux aswell as a lovely way to bond with baby.

Both massage and yoga are lovely spaces for mammies to share and listen to others and we soon realise we are not alone, there is always someone in the room who is going through or has gone through The Same.

The yoga then allows us to start to look after ourselves again a little when it’s hard to find time to get to classes by yourself”

“ Baby Massage facilitates a warm, welcoming, safe place for new mum's to settle into the newborn stage and reinforce bonding.

The specifically targeted massages aim to provide mum's with tools in which they can sooth and connect with their baby.

Whether joining for baby massage or for mum and baby yoga, the support network and calm environment help in so many ways. Yoga improves your physical and mental wellbeing. Meeting other mum's who are experiencing similar emotions and stresses build connections and remind you you are not alone.

The yoga itself, allows mum's to rebuild strength and take time for themselves. Sharing experiences and weekly events allows you to leave more positive and with a clearer head.”

“This is not really a comment on the content of the classes but more on the community you are building. None of my friends have babies or live nearby so I really appreciated your encouragement to join and for us to meet up outside of class. (None of the other classes I've done encouraged this) I've loved the extra support and information sharing the group has provided.”

“ Attending a baby class will offer you the opportunity

- to bond with your baby in a safe environment

- to connect with other moms who are at the same stages of motherhood and better still to make new friends ♥️

- to learn ways to help your baby either from the class itself or through your mom network

- to build a routine during the week”

“ Great to get out of the house in those early days even just to prove to yourself that you can

Connecting with other Mams too shows you that there is such a wide range of what’s normal through all the stages and gives great support knowing that you are not the only one going through whatever babies latest phase is ❤️

“ A group that is amazing at building your own confidence, knowing others can help you and you can help others”
